Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget

2- Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals

3- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

4- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear communication and timely updates

5- Collaborate with clinical operational and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation

6- Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership

7- Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

Annual Salary Range:

$135000 $160000 (commensurate with experience)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.

Qualifications:

1- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration project management business or related field (Masters preferred)

2- 5 years of project management experience in the healthcare sector

3- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills

4- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

5- PMP or other relevant certification preferred
