Plan Life Care is seeking an experienced Healthcare Facilities & HVAC Operations Specialist to support the organizations healthcare facilities home-care operations and property-related service needs.

This position is designed for an experienced HVAC professional facilities technician service manager dispatcher estimator or maintenance specialist who wants to apply their technical knowledge in a remote healthcare operations environment.

The Specialist will coordinate HVAC building systems maintenance requests vendors preventive maintenance service documentation and facilities-related projects from a remote location.

This is not a field technician position. The selected candidate will use their technical knowledge to coordinate and oversee service activities performed by qualified local technicians and contractors.

• Coordinate HVAC and facilities service requests for healthcare-related locations and operational properties.
• Review incoming maintenance requests and determine appropriate service requirements.
• Coordinate local HVAC technicians contractors and maintenance vendors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance inspections repairs and service appointments.
• Review technician reports estimates invoices and service documentation.
• Track open work orders from initial request through completion.
• Monitor recurring HVAC and facilities issues and identify opportunities for corrective action.
• Assist with evaluating HVAC service estimates and vendor recommendations.
• Maintain accurate digital maintenance and facilities records.
• Coordinate emergency or urgent facilities issues with appropriate vendors and management.
• Communicate with operations leadership regarding maintenance status outstanding issues and potential risks.
• Assist with preventive maintenance planning and facility service schedules.
• Support documentation related to facility operations safety and regulatory requirements.
• Help identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary service costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple vendors and service requests while maintaining accurate records.
• Provide technical guidance to non-technical members of the operations team when appropriate.

The successful candidate will support facilities and operations within a healthcare and home-care environment.

Experience with healthcare facilities is valuable but direct healthcare experience is not required if the candidate has strong HVAC facilities maintenance or service-management experience.

• Ability to coordinate contractors and vendors professionally.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work orders and priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• HVAC/R certification or technical training.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Healthcare facilities experience.
• Commercial HVAC experience.

• Previous remote-work experience.

This is a 100% remote position.

$28$38 per hour

The final rate will be based on HVAC experience technical expertise certifications facilities experience healthcare experience and overall qualifications.
