REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Seeking specific clinical leadership experience in multiple and varied care settings with a focus on care delivery optimization and redesign talent strategy to include workforce planning and promoting innovative digital strategies to improve care.

  • Ability to independentlylead and direct teams in the delivery of complex performance improvement engagementsby creating collaborative high performing work environments while continually addressing issues removing barriers and ensuring successfulclientoutcomes; experiencesuccessfullymanagingengagement-wide economics such asbudgets invoicing and billing

  • Provenanalytical andcritical thinking skills required toeffectively quantify financial and operational benefits for performance improvementinitiatives identify risks to achieving projected outcomes anddevelopsolutions to address data gaps or risks

  • Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills to understand client challengescreate customized solutions to achieve their business objectives and manage client expectations around benefits and deliverables; proven ability to create presentationsandproposalsanddeliver those withimpact to key client stakeholders

  • Proven success in building strong relationships while leadinga multi-faceted change process; demonstrated change management expertise and experience positively influencing change in a variety of complex environments

  • Teamleadershipexperience includingrole definition and development team buildingcoaching/mentoringandperformance management

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network recognizeopportunities to enhance and expand relationships and identifybusiness development opportunitiesthat align with Hurons broad set of capabilities

  • Project leadership and workplan management experience within a consulting firm setting with a focus on workforce management

  • Specific experience in cost and expense management within administrative and corporate functions not required

  • Expertise managing cost structuresand improving operational workflows within post-acute settings (e.g. SNF long-term care home health rehab) not required

COREQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • US Work Authorization required

  • The ability to travel based on client enterprise or project needs is an essential function of this role. While travel requirements may vary based on business need the current average travel in the Healthcare practice is less than 50% annually.

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word PowerPoint Excel)

  • DirectSupervisory experiences of both individuals and teams

  • 8-10years of consulting and/or healthcareoperationsexperience

The estimated base salary range for this job is $185000 - $225000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors including but not limited to specific skills or certifications years of experience market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Hurons annual incentive compensation program which reflects Hurons pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity the total estimated compensation range for this job is $231250 - $303750. The job is also eligible to participate in Hurons benefit plans which include medical dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
