• Collaborate with leaders and teams on small-scale deliverables build professional relationships and gain exposure to cross-divisional work across Wellmark 
• Inventory and categorize Health Services Clinical Quality and Training resources 
• Evaluate current SharePoint navigation and document organization 
• Identify opportunities to improve content discoverability through metadata tagging and standardized document structures 
• Explore and document practical Copilot use cases for finding summarizing and navigating resources 
• Develop quick-reference guides and recommendations to support employee adoption 
• Deliver a final set of recommendations and a sustainable framework for ongoing content governance

This internship will start in May of 2027 working a hybrid schedule from our headquarters in Des Moines. 

Qualifications :

• Currentjunioror seniorpursuing Communications English business administration public health healthcare management or relatedbusiness program 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with the business areas 
• Experiencedeveloping andmodifyingcommunicationstechnical and non-technical audiences 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
• Excellent research skills ability to manage multipleprojectsand prioritize tasks effectively 
• Effective organizational skills withdemonstratedability to manage multiple projects that meet timelines andobjectives 
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with others to createnew ideasand improve current processes 
• A self-starter who can work well independently or as a member of a cross-functional team 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous internship or office experience  
• Previous experience or interest in health insurance  
• Practical experience using AI tools
