Days/Hours:
12-15 hrs/wk; Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Occasional weekend shifts to support larger department operations.

Duties:
Team player hardworking dedicated and enthusiastic ready and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment! Generate orders by email online and ensures on time delivery from suppliers. Maintains accurate product information including pricing delivery schedules minimum order quantities contact information etc. Monitor deliveries and work with vendors to resolve issues/claims. Maintain stock organization and stock merchandise on the sales floor. Assist in preparing and developing necessary cross departmental SOPs. Product knowledge and training will be provided.
Duties will include delivering products throughout the UCLA campus.
Provide general operational support to other store departments. Assist with miscellaneous tasks/projects.
Requirements:
Self-starter with strong communication computer phone and analytical skills. Microsoft Office Suite experience. Able to complete projects with attention to detail and degree of accuracy in an organized fashion. Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending lifting pushing walking and standing.

Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week including FINALS week and Break week.
