Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

How youll make an impact

  • Promote a strong culture of health safety and environmental excellence

  • Communicate safety initiatives processes and standards across teams

  • Train coach and support employees on safety best practices

  • Monitor compliance and manage nonconformance effectively

  • Guide leaders and teams on accident prevention strategies

  • Support risk assessments across workspaces tools and tasks

  • Lead audits investigate incidents and drive corrective actions

  • Maintain and improve safety systems aligned with ISO standards

Your background

  • Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Environmental Science or related field

  • 5 years of experience in health safety and environmental roles

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations within manufacturing

  • Proven experience developing and managing safety systems

  • Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills

  • ASP or CSP certification preferred
