Position: Fitness Data Contributor
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Populate your HealthKit profile with comprehensive data across applicable categories.
• Link your health record from a qualifying institution via Apples Health Records network. Include immunizations lab results medications vitals and clinical notes.
• Consent to share demographics: age gender approximate region and activity level.
• Ensure your submission is a genuine export from your Health app not synthetic or demo.
• Maintain a complete profile with continuous history not just a single day of data.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Connection to at least one qualifying institutions health records via Apple HealthKit.
• Full profile with continuous data history and linked EHR including all required clinical categories.
• Consent to share four demographic attributes: age gender region and activity level.
• Inclusion of the Clinical Notes section in your health record.
