Job Summary

Promotes health and well-being in the community through implementation of strategies including programming outreaching to the community and organizations data collection and evaluation consistent with the Health Coalition strategic plan.


This position is currently supported by grant funding which allows us to advance the countys strategic initiatives. Employment beyond the current grant period is dependent on funding availability.


Pay Rate

The hourly range is from $30.25 to $34.43 depending on experience plus partial benefits.

This position is 20 hours per week.

*The County pays monthly on the last week day of the month.*

  • Must possess a valid Colorado drivers license.
  • Must complete ICS 100 and ICS 700 within the first year of employment.

Qualifications/Education

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in the field of public health social sciences behavioral health or related field. Two years of experience in the field is preferred. Preference for applicants with project management experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience that the County deems appropriate.
