Position SummaryThe Health Center Manager oversees daily and strategic operations ensuring the seamless coordination integration of clinical and administrative functions while maintaining high standards of patient care efficiency and partnership with the Lead Provider this role drives operational success financial stability and service excellence. Leading a diverse healthcare team the manager fosters a culture of innovation excellence and compassionate care to meet community needs and exceed performance expectations. Core Job Responsibilities Ensure team members understand their roles and deliver high quality coordinated OSHA IDPH and The Joint Commission (TJC) standards while ensuring staff competency in patient and addresses clinical risks ensuring patient safety and operational patient care satisfaction and outcomes making regular rounds to enhance service. Track key metrics and performance indicators to improve health center operations and staff meetings and daily huddles ensuring smooth coordination and care EMR analytics to improve workflows and aligns operations with patient-centered care business plans financial strategies and process improvements to ensure long-term success. Investigate staff concerns and patient compliance issues promoting fair and effective resolutions. Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support health equity Associates degree in healthcare administration or a related field plus 2-3 years of supervisory/team lead experience in a healthcare setting or 5 years of supervisory/team lead experience in healthcare. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).Bilingual (English/Spanish) Conditions/EquipmentRequires local travel between clinical/health centers hospitals and community sites. A valid drivers license and proof of insurance are required when using a personal vehicle.
