A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Health Care Operations Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising hospitals health systems physician groups healthcare providers management companies and other healthcare organizations on operational regulatory and transactional healthcare matters.

36 years of healthcare law experience preferred
Experience advising healthcare providers on operational and regulatory matters
Familiarity with healthcare regulations compliance and reimbursement issues
Experience with healthcare transactions provider contracting or corporate healthcare matters is a plus
Knowledge of healthcare industry laws and regulations affecting providers and healthcare organizations
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
