Health Care Manager

We are hiring a Health Care Manager for one of our clients in Hammonton NJ.

Job Description:

• Under the direction of the Superintendent assists in the overall administration operation and compliance of Veterans Haven South (VHS). Responsible for program oversight grant compliance staff supervision admissions support clinical coordination transportation and warehouse operations and implementation of policies and procedures. Ensures the delivery of quality services to Veterans while maintaining compliance with Grant and Per Diem (GPD) requirements State regulations and facility standards.

Skills Required:

• LCADC CSW
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with Veterans from diverse backgrounds.
• Possesses a high degree of compassion empathy patience and professionalism when working with individuals experiencing substance use disorders mental health challenges homelessness trauma and other barriers to stability.

Experience Required:

• Completion of addiction assessments and related treatment planning; Oversees substance use disorder programming and addiction recovery services; Coordinates referrals to higher levels of care when clinically indicated.

Work Hours:

• As needed not to exceed 24 hrs/week
• Week 1: Mon. thru Fri. 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Week 2: Mon. thru Fri. 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• Lunch(unpaid): 30 min
