Head of New Ventures (Capital Markets & Blockchain)

Were partnering with a proprietary trading firm to identify a leader who can repeatedly create new revenue-generating businesses at the intersection of Capital Markets and Blockchain.

This leader will identify emerging market opportunities build investment-grade business cases secure executive sponsorship launch new ventures and help establish them as profitable businesses.

What Youll Build

• Identify emerging market opportunities capable of becoming scalable revenue-generating businesses within capital markets and blockchain.
• Develop investment-grade business plans including market validation revenue models commercialization strategies and financial projections.
• Secure executive sponsorship and investment by presenting compelling business cases backed by commercial and strategic analysis.
• Build and launch new ventures by leading cross-functional teams across technology legal compliance operations and commercial organizations.
• Establish new ventures through customer acquisition strategic partnerships early revenue generation and operational execution before transitioning them into standalone business lines.
• Continuously evaluate new ideas making disciplined investment decisions on which opportunities to scale refine or discontinue.

What Success Looks Like

• You bring 20 years of experience across capital markets and blockchain with meaningful leadership experience commercializing blockchain-enabled businesses.
• You have repeatedly built a new business business line or venture from concept through commercialization not simply managed existing products or platforms.
• You have personally influenced revenue growth through customer acquisition strategic partnerships commercialization business development or ownership of a P&L.
• You have experience in both capital markets and blockchain giving you the ability to identify opportunities where emerging technology creates commercial value.
• You have directly influenced revenue generation through business development partnerships commercialization or ownership of a P&L.
• You are comfortable operating in ambiguity balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Your career demonstrates long-term impact stable progression and a pattern of building organizations rather than moving frequently.
