Head of F&GBS Technology & AI Solutions

The Head of F&GBS Technology & AI Solutions will provide strategic leadership for technology and artificial intelligence capabilities that simplify work strengthen decision-making and help F&GBS deliver greater value to the enterprise.

You will define and lead the F&GBS technology and AI agenda connecting business priorities with scalable secure and sustainable solutions. You will shape the portfolio and multi-year roadmap establish clear governance and architecture expectations build a high-performing organization and partner across F&GBS and Digital to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Define and execute the F&GBS technology and AI strategy and multi-year roadmap in alignment with Finance GBS and enterprise priorities.
• Lead prioritization of the F&GBS solution portfolio balancing business value colleague and customer needs investment risk dependencies and available capacity.
• Partner with senior Finance GBS Digital data architecture security risk and control leaders to translate business priorities into an integrated technology agenda.
• Establish fit-for-purpose governance architecture data AI delivery lifecycle and value-realization expectations aligned with enterprise standards.
• Oversee delivery adoption operational performance and continuous improvement of the portfolio with clear accountability for outcomes and risk management.
• Build lead and develop an inclusive high-performing team of product and engineering leaders.
• Communicate portfolio progress investment choices risks interdependencies and outcomes to senior stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Champion responsible innovation and adoption of AI automation data and emerging technologies across F&GBS

• Bachelors degree in technology engineering business finance or a related discipline with 12 years of relevant experience; or Masters degree with 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience setting and executing technology digital data automation or AI strategy in a complex global organization.
• Experience leading a portfolio of business technology products or solutions from strategy and investment through delivery adoption operation and lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience including building teams developing leaders setting priorities and leading through ambiguity and change.
• Strong business and financial acumen including portfolio prioritization investment tradeoffs cost stewardship and value realization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across business and technology functions.
• Working knowledge of technology architecture data and AI governance cybersecurity risk controls and responsible AI principles.
• Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience supporting Finance Global Business Services shared services or another enterprise enabling function.
• Experience in a regulated life sciences healthcare or similarly complex operating environment.
• Experience leading global teams and operating across multiple markets and cultures.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $214900.00 to $358100.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 22.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
