• Identify pursue and close strategic partnerships with major content owners and media companies enhancing data access for our client.
• Negotiate complex data and content licensing agreements managing the full deal cycle from sourcing to close.
• Build and leverage a network of senior decision-makers across legal business development and product teams at target organizations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy clearly defining target organizations and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO to shape product evolution based on unlocked data access and partnership insights.

• 5 years of experience in data partnerships business development or related fields with a proven track record in deal-making.
• Deep understanding of the AI landscape and existing relationships within media tech or platform companies.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience managing high-stakes agreements.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across various organizations.

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on B2B partnerships.
• Familiarity with data licensing agreements and content acquisition strategies.
• A strong network within the media and academic journal sectors.

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $220K complemented by a robust benefits package designed to support employee well-being and professional growth.
