• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and retention.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.

• Experience working with AI technologies in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with insurance workflows and processes.

The base salary for this role ranges from $300K to $350K complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
