Head Junior High Football Coach
The Aurora R-VIII School District is seeking a positive energetic and student-centered individual to serve as Head Junior High Football Coach.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the junior high football program.
- Teach football fundamentals teamwork discipline and sportsmanship.
- Develop student-athletes both on and off the field.
- Organize practices supervise games and maintain player safety.
- Communicate effectively with players parents staff and administration.
- Ensure compliance with district policies and Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) guidelines.
- Support alignment with the overall Aurora Football Program.
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
- Must meet all district and MSHSAA coaching requirements.
