Head Housekeeper

Location: Franklin Michigan

Schedule: Monday Friday 9:30AM 4:30PM

Salary: Starting at $90000 per year (annual)

We are seeking an experienced detailoriented Lead Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness organization and presentation of a private estate. The ideal candidate is professional reliable proactive and committed to upholding exceptional standards in all aspects of household care.

• Perform daily housekeeping duties including cleaning dusting vacuuming mopping laundry and ironing.
• Maintain the home to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with household organization and special cleaning projects as needed.
• Monitor household supplies and communicate inventory needs.
• Work independently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with household staff and management via text and email.

• Previous experience in a private residence luxury home estate or similar environment preferred.
• Fluent English required both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate professionally through text messages and email.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation to and from work.
• Nonsmoker and nonvaper.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

This position requires the signing of a NonDisclosure Agreement (NDA). The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a highly private household and maintaining complete confidentiality regarding all household matters.

The home maintains a strict fragrancefree environment due to the primary residents significant sensitivity to fragrances chemicals and scented products. Compliance with this policy is essential.

• Perfume cologne or body sprays
• Scented lotions creams or cosmetics
• Scented hair products
• Clothing washed with scented detergents or fabric softeners
• Any other fragranced personal care laundry or household products

Applicants must be willing and able to maintain a completely fragrancefree presence while working in the home.
