Job Description for a Varsity Head CoachGirls Soccer

• Develops relationships within and around program with players coaches parents and student body
• Manage a successful grade 9-12 program and foster partnerships with youth program 3-8grade. Provide summer workouts.
• Work with local media as needed and establish a relationship with the community support groups.
• Be a role model for high school student-athletes.
• Cooperate with other school-sponsored sports by encouraging athletes to compete in other programs.
• Develop and implement an off season program.
• Track and follow up on the academic progress for student/athletes
• Willing to commit to fund-raising for the program(s) in partnership with the buck booster club

All new hired coaches will need to complete the following prior to employment:

1. NFHS Certification
2. First Aid Card(CPR and AED trained)
3. District Fingerprinting/Criminal check
4. Completion of OSAA Concussion Test
5. Completion of OSAA Steroid Test
6. Completion of School District and OSAA paperwork.
7. Completion of Interrupting and Preventing Discriminatory Acts Training.
