Job Summary
Livingston Public Schools is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Color Guard Instructor/Choreographer for the Livingston High School competitive marching band program for the school year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design instruction and choreography of flag work for the competitive marching band program. Experience with rifle and saber work is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include teaching and refining performance techniques supporting student development and collaborating with the marching band staff throughout the season.
Candidates must be available to attend on-site band camp from August as well as rehearsals performances and competitions during the marching band season.
Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey teaching certificate or be eligible for substitute certification.
