Job Summary
Seton Catholic Preparatory High Schoolaccepting applications for the WrestlingHead Coach position. We are excited to identify a strong leader who will continue to build on the tradition of our program while developing student-athletes in alignment with Seton Catholics mission and core values.
Responsibilities include:
Plan and lead practices open mat time conditioning andmatch-day preparation.
Coach and develop student-athletesin strategy teamwork and sportsmanship
Oversee season planning scheduling and program communication
Maintain team discipline and uphold school and athletic department policies
Communicate effectively with parents athletes and school administration
Ensure the safety supervision and well-being of student-athletes at all activities
Drive team on Seton activity busses. (Requires online training MVD background and onsite vehicle orientation.)
Qualifications:
Prior wrestling coaching experience
Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals training principles and development
Proven leadership communication and organizational skills
Commitment to the academic personal and spiritual growth of student-athletes
Ability to support and represent the mission of Seton Catholic Preparatory
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
