Job Summary:
Franklin Pierce University a NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northeast-10 Conference is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a full-time position of a Head Womens Lacrosse Coach. As in integral member of the Athletics Coach staff this position reports directly to the Director of Athletics. The position is a full-time 12-month coaching position that is responsible for working directly with the womens lacrosse team.
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- planning organizing and conducting individual and team practices
- training and competition games
- coaching recruiting fundraising scheduling budgeting and travel
Experience and Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should:
- possess a Bachelors degree; Masters preferred
- have experience with coaching at the college level required
- must possess good organizational oral and written communication skills
- have experience in recruiting and have the skills to recruit new student athletes
- have knowledge of NCAA regulations and guidelines governing the recruitment and retention of student-athletes is required
- have experience with fundraising and budget management.
