Job Summary
Anderson University seeks a Head Coach for both the Mens and Womens golf programs. This is a 12-month full time position and will be responsible foroverseeing all phases of competitive Division III Mens & Womens Golf programs. This includes:budget management recruiting tournament scheduling and travel player development practice oversight team building tournament coaching fundraising and alumni relations. Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelors degree (required); a masters degree is preferred. Also required are previous coaching experience (collegiate preferred); a clear understanding of NCAA III philosophy and the student-athlete experience; ability to recruit in Indiana and contiguous states; ability to work as a part of a team environment; a demonstrated commitment to the Anderson University mission and Christian lifestyle. Must demonstrate the ability to communicate with a diverse student body faculty and staff effective problem solving skills and personal initiative.
