Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking a fellowship-trained Head and Neck/Microvascular Surgeon to join our highly collaborative and multi-faceted Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in Phoenix Arizona.

• MD DO or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
• Fellowship training in an accredited Head and Neck Fellowship
• BE/BC with the American Board of Otolaryngology
