• Remove spots from carpets perform bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning dispose of trash and assist with hazardous waste collection.
• Operate floor sweepers buffers strippers canister vacuum cleaners and shop vacuums and you will wear adequate personal protective equipment when working with chemicals and equipment.
• Cleaning hotel rooms hallways common areas and other areas.
• Keeping inventory of floor areas and scheduling cleaning and maintenance.
• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Clean maintain and store cleaning equipment.
• Labeling and measuring chemicals correctly; operating chemical dispensing units.

• This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying noise levels the severity of which depends upon work volume.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests as well as all levels of employees.
• Ability toclean floorsand replenish soft and hard supplies.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move from floor to floor as needed.
• This position requires physical mobility and theability to lift and move up to 40 pounds so as to be able to performfloorcleaningduties as needed.
