Job Summary
SummaryBalfour Beatty is seeking an HCM Systems Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will provide support for all HCM software applications and integrations including configuration trouble shooting documentation testing reporting and training. The analyst will also assist with system advancement system utilization and end-user satisfaction. This individual will preferably be based out of our Dallas TX office. Applicants outside of the DFW area who live near a different Balfour Beatty office may be considered as FunctionsAssist in ensuring all HCM modules and integrations are configured properly and are maintained with current software testing ensuring proper with all activities associated with new business system requirements including requirement definition vision and scope documentation design document development development coordination and status communication through project monitor HCM workflows background jobs and integrations and assist in resolving any Dayforce end user training needs. Assist in the design development management and facilitation of training consistency accuracy and quality of all assigned end user and report system advancement utilization and end-user support consultation and research to stakeholders. Manage the customer support email to all requests for information within four (4) business days of receipt. If request cannot be completed within four (4) business days work with customer to determine a mutually acceptable date for report with daily transaction processing for human resources data management on an as needed all documentation for work processes maintaining necessary participate in group status meetings and/or conference calls and respond to identified participate in task team meetings to fully understand end-user participate in vendor conferences webcasts and user group communities.40% HCM System AdministrationEnsure all HCM modules and integrations are properly configured and maintained with current software HCM workflows background jobs and integrations; assist in resolving Dayforce enduser with daily HR data transaction processing as needed.20% Testing & DocumentationPerform system testing and maintain proper and maintain documentation for work processes and system consistency accuracy and quality of all assigned enduser documentation.15% Project Support & RequirementsSupport activities related to new business system requirements including requirement definition vision/scope documentation design development and coordination with technical project status through in task team meetings to understand enduser needs.10% Training & EnablementIdentify training needs and assist in the design development and facilitation of training end users through documentation guidance and knowledge sharing.10% Stakeholder Support & CommunicationProvide support consultation and research to the customer support email to all information requests within four business days or negotiate alternate timelines.5% System Evaluation & ReportingEvaluate and report on system advancements utilization and enduser in vendor conferences webcasts and user group communities to stay current on system capabilities.5% Team CollaborationActively participate in group status meetings and conference to identified issues and collaborate with team members to resolve Customer Relations Builds effective relationships with project teams functional departments customers vendors and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meets or exceeds the customers participates in industry client and community relations to enhance company Leadership and Employee Development Promotes our Creed. This is a hybrid role (three days in the office two days from home).Education Experience and KnowledgeAssociates degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business or related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of three (3) years of HCM support analyst experienceSolid understanding of human resources payroll and benefit work processes best practices and systemsDayforce experience a plusAble to coordinate and communicate information effectively to project stakeholders and managementAbility to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentOrganizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing informationAct in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company its values and the employees while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding stakeholder requirements and expectationsAbility to travel intermittently up to 10% of schedule
