HCM Onboarding Specialist

WHAT YOULL NEED:

• Direct hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems SaaS CRM or similar project management technology
• Experience with time-keeping solutions preferably Swipeclock
• Ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships

We would prefer that our HCM Onboarding Specialist have a bachelors degree but its not required for the right person. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL Server would be a plus!

THE ROLE YOULL PLAY:

Our HCM Onboarding Specialist works closely with our implementation specialist to ensure employee information is properly uploaded into our system and that benefits (PTO payroll etc.) are implemented correctly. This role requires high levels of accuracy and sharp attention to detail as youll help make sure all employee wage data banking information tax liabilities and agency POAs are correctly imported balanced and reconciled before the first live payroll.

Youll also conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all benefit accruals deductions garnishments and HR functions are being correctly implemented. When appropriate youll help train our own team members on our platforms such as AllPay to ensure everyones comfortable with our various solutions. Youll also play a part in our continued improvement by assisting the implementation specialist (and other stakeholders) in forecasting needs and adjusting projects accordingly.
