WHAT YOULL ACTUALLY DO

• Own your client relationships. Youre the first call the trusted advisor and the person who catches issues before clients even notice.
• Run flawless payroll. Multi-client multi-state deadline-driven. You keep the engine running and the auditors happy.
• Solve the hard stuff. API integrations EDI transmissions data integrity - you root-cause issues and build smarter processes.
• Stay compliance-sharp. Federal state and local regs change. You stay ahead of them so your clients dont have to.
• Deliver insights not just reports. Custom reporting process recommendations and ideas that actually improve outcomes.
• Lift the team. Train clients mentor teammates and contribute to a culture that wins together.

YOURE THE ONE IF...

• You have 2 years in payroll account management or client services
• iSolved experience is in your toolkit (big plus)
• Youd rather prevent a client problem than react to one
