Required Qualifications

8 years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3 years in an Architect role.
Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model security framework and configuration capabilities.

Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations.
