Required Qualifications
- 8 years of Oracle HCM experience with at least 3 years in an Architect role.
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Compensation modules.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data model security framework and configuration capabilities.
- Experience with:
- Compensation and Workforce Compensation cycles
- Performance and Goal Management
- Succession Planning and Talent Review
- Career Development and Growth
- Oracle Fast Formulas
- HCM Extracts
- HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and transformations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
