• 5 years of hands-on experience in hardwood installation or sand & refinish work
• A sharp eye for detail tight seams clean transitions consistent finish
• Understanding of subfloor prep moisture considerations and species-specific handling
• Reliable professional on-site presence youre representing our name in someones home
• Own tools and transportation to job sites in Shelby Twp Sterling Heights Macomb Utica and Washington Twp

• Jobs typically run 9am5pm or until job completion whichever comes first (earlier starts fine if you and the customer both prefer it)
• Subcontractor role youll be assigned jobs as they come in with the goal of keeping a few solid installers busy consistently rather than rotating through a big list
• Mix of new hardwood installation and sand-and-finish/refinish projects

• Proof of past work (photos or references)
• Certificate of insurance insured applicants only
• We check references with past customers and may visit past job sites before bringing someone on
