This is a leadership position in hardware design that starts at product concept and continues all the way through to mass production. Minimum QualificationsnBS Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalentn6 years of industry experiencenExperience in leading a team of engineers and support their day-to-day activities nStrong EE fundamentals including analog and high speed digital designnExperience with designing complex system architecturesnBroad experience across different applications and technologiesnExperience with schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layoutnExperience in prototype design and validation of custom silicon

2 years of lead or management experiencenDesire to be a visible project leader and decision makernFamiliar with development process from early architecture through to productionnAbility to analyze solutions and make system design trade-offsnAbility to dive deep into system level issues and drive solutions in a multi-functional environmentnHands on experience with lab test equipment to debug difficult/intermittent hardware issuesnStrong fundamentals in Signal and Power IntegritynUnderstanding of low voltage power regulation and deliverynExcellent verbal written and presentation skills
