What Youll Do

Lead and manage a crew of 13 team members
Install hardscape elements: pavers retaining walls boulder walls steps grading fire pits edging
Read and execute plans blueprints and work orders
Manage materials equipment and daily production goals
Communicate with Project Managers and clients to ensure satisfaction
Maintain safety standards and quality control on every project
Document job progress and handle change orders

What Were Looking For

35 years of hardscape experience or similar field
Proven crew leadership skills
Skilled with excavators skid steers tampers saws and hand tools
Ability to read and interpret plans and blueprints
Strong communication problem-solving and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to ensure high-quality work
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all weather
Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to identify hazards
Required: Valid Drivers License & MN DOT Card (Obtain prior to hire)

Job Details

Type: Full-time Seasonal 40 hours/week
Schedule: MondayThursday (10-hour shifts) Friday meetings
Overtime: Regularly available
