Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job

Perform the duties of setting tables serving beverages table maintenance and stocking stations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that doesnot represent at least 10% of the jobs time. Please include supervisory responsibilities.

1.

Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests.

2.

Serve and replenish beverages and other accessories throughout the meal.

3.

Remove plates silverware and other food service ware from table throughout meal.

4.

Stock stations with glasses silverware napkins ashtrays matches and plates.

5.

Transport soiled dishes and linens to the appropriate area.

6.

Fill condiment and other service containers.

7.

Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

8.

Update table availability in the scheduling system.

9.

Complete opening and closing side work including filling condiment containers and stocking service stations.

10.

May transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate guest.

11.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience preferred. Good communication skills required.

Licenses/Certifications

Food Handlers card and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required.
