ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (A summary of the purpose of the position)
1. Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks such as plumbing carpentry light electrical masonry plaster andoffice fixtures/equipment installation among others

2. Perform work involving maintenance/craft skills to carry out general maintenance including: building and site repairsfencing painting floor and wall tiling cleaning footpaths rubbish and recycling bins etc.

3. Deal with general items of repair and maintenance in the interior and exterior of the building: e.g. putting up shelveschanging light bulbs moving furniture cleaning lamp shades cleaning windows. Carrying out routine checks repairs and maintenance of site equipment and the exterior of the building.

Qualifications:

1. Technical College Degree preferred.

2. High school diploma with 2 years of Facilities experience required or any equivalent combination of education trainingand experience which provides the requisite knowledge skills and abilities for this job.

3. Drivers license of PR

The employee may lift and/or move up to 25-35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up
to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision depth perceptionand the ability to adjust focus.

He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions near moving mechanical parts exposed to wet and or humidconditions and an odorous atmosphere may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock and occasionally work onladders in high places in small spaces such as lift/metering stations manholes tanks and wet wells. The noise level in thework environment is usually moderately loud.
