Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Minor Plumbing
- Minor Electrical
- General Labor
- Removing Carpet and Flooring
- Carpentry
- Utilize Hand & Power Tools
- Working on Apartments Duplexes and Manufactured Homes
- Travel to Different Job Sites
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License
Carpentry / Maintenance Experience
Compensation: $18.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday This position will occasionally require you to be on call and have some weekend availability.
