What Youll Do

As a Habilitation Manager you will play a critical leadership role in both team development and client experience:

• Lead coach and support a team of habilitation professionals
• Oversee hiring onboarding and performance management
• Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with individualized support plans
• Build strong relationships with clients families and community partners
• Monitor program outcomes documentation and regulatory compliance
• Manage scheduling coverage and operational priorities
• Drive engagement retention and development of your team

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor degree is required
• Must be a Qualified Professional - minimum of 1 years of post degree experience with I/DD population
• Prior supervisory experience a plus
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
