• Oversee daily operations ensuring a safe organized energetic and welcoming environment.
• Manage staff schedules facility upkeep and operational standards.
• Build relationships with families.
• Address employee performance training and development needs.
• Schedule includes four weekday shifts and one weekend shift.

• Drive membership sales through tours trial classes lead follow-up and enrollment conversations.
• Respond promptly to prospective and current families by phone text email and in person.
• Build relationships with local schools daycares parent groups and community organizations.
• Represent My Gym at community events and outreach opportunities.
• During pre-opening conduct high-volume outreach to prospective families often exceeding 50 outbound calls texts and emails per day based on enrollment goals.

• Recruit hire onboard train and develop exceptional team members.
• Lead staff meetings trainings and ongoing professional development.
• Provide coaching to ensure consistent delivery of the My Gym experience.
• Foster a culture of accountability growth teamwork and continuous improvement.

• Teach My Gym classes and serve as a lead instructor.
• Deliver engaging high-energy experiences that build childrens confidence coordination social skills and physical development.
• Lead birthday parties camps and special events.
• Create a positive encouraging environment where every child feels successful and every family feels valued.
• Step into classes as needed to maintain staffing coverage and a consistent member experience.

• Passion for working with children.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in sales customer service hospitality retail management operations management business management education fitness childcare or small business environments is preferred.
• Strong communication relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with sales outreach and asking families to enroll.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced growing business where priorities evolve as the center opens and expands.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Ability to actively participate in classes and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand move bend climb and engage with children throughout the day.
