What Youll Do
As a Gutter Installer youll work on residential and light commercial projects installing repairing and maintaining gutter systems gutter guards downspouts and related exterior products. Youll work outdoors interact professionally with customers and take pride in clean high-quality work.
What Were Looking For
Gutter installation experience is a plus but not required. The ideal candidate has some construction carpentry roofing siding exterior remodeling or similar hands-on experience and is comfortable working with tools ladders and a crew.
Were looking for someone who is dependable coachable positive and ready to be part of a team that values quality work and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Valid drivers license
- Construction carpentry roofing siding gutter or exterior remodeling experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Ability to communicate professionally with teammates and customers
Compensation
$18-20/hour during initial training then immediate raises with % pay based on experience performance and completed work.
