We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Configuration Technical Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter cloud implementations and P&C insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading Guidewire configuration teams implementing PolicyCenter solutions for Tier-1 insurers and driving cloud transformation initiatives.

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and customization activities.

• Design and develop PolicyCenter components including:

  • PCFs (Page Configuration Files)

  • Business Rules

  • Data Models

  • GUnit Tests

• Develop and support integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and external systems/custom portals.

• Work with Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform and cloud-native solutions.

• Develop and maintain solutions using GOSU REST services message queues and batch processes.

• Define and drive release engineering strategies aligned with cloud transformation initiatives.

• Establish and optimize secure scalable and efficient deployment processes.

• Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Manage Jenkins administration automation security configurations and operational processes.

• Automate server monitoring JVM restarts server health checks and infrastructure validations.

• Collaborate with engineering product and operations teams to improve release management and DevOps practices.

• Support cloud-based sandbox and testing environments.

• Lead cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Define and monitor KPIs related to release quality deployment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote engineering best practices.

• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to development teams.

• Extensive experience as a Guidewire Configuration Technical Lead.

• Strong knowledge of Guidewire core configuration and customization.

• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter in:

  • Personal Lines or

  • Commercial Lines.

• Experience implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS environments or migrating on-premise/self-managed implementations to Guidewire Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Guidewire Cloud

  • Guidewire PolicyCenter

  • Cloud Data Access Platform

  • GOSU

  • REST APIs

  • Message Queues

  • Batch Processes

• Experience integrating Guidewire applications with external systems and digital platforms.

• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise.

• Experience working with Agile methodologies and Jira.

• ACE Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.

• Experience implementing Guidewire solutions for Tier-1 US insurers.

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms services APIs and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication analytical and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage complex priorities and influence senior stakeholders.
