Title: Guest Services Manager

Location: Boulder CO

FLSA: Exempt

Status: Full-time

Reports to: Assistant General Manager

Supervises: Guest Services and Social Hour team

Pay Range: $60k -65k per year

As our Guest Services Manager youll lead the guest services team in delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure and every moment in between.

• Leading coaching and developing Front Desk and Guest Services associates
• Creating memorable guest experiences and resolving concerns with confidence and care
• Managing daily front office operations scheduling and labor standards
• Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives
• Partnering with housekeeping engineering food & beverage and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Supporting revenue goals through upselling and guest engagement opportunities
• Maintaining Marriott brand standards and operational excellence

• Previous hospitality leadership experience preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive service-first mindset
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
