- Assist customers in selecting cakes flavors add-ons and packages that best suit their celebration
- Operate POS systems accurately and promote the Nothing Bundt Cakes app
- Keep the retail space clean well-stocked and visually appealing
- Must be 16 years or older to apply
- Energetic friendly personality and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced service-driven environment
- Interest in customer-facing work and possibly helping with event coordination
- Prior retail hospitality or food service experience is a plus but not required
- Deliver daily joy through service and celebration
- Hands-on exposure to both retail guest interaction and event operations
