Sentara Obici Hospital is hiring Guest Relations Representative!

Full-Time Evenings 3:00PM - 11:30PM includes weekend shifts.

The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients families visitors and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.

Responsible for verifying patient registration and escorting patients and guests to their destination by walking or use of a wheelchair. Gives personal attention takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest services. Responds promptly to patient family and team member requests.

• HS Diploma or GED Equivalent (Required)

• No specific certification or licensure requirements

• Previous customer service or healthcare experience (Preferred)
  
  

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.38 - $28.69 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs.
