Guest Experience Specialist

Position Overview

No Sweat Services is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing remote team.

This is a remote W-2 employee position offering $12.00$16.00 per hour with opportunities to earn additional commission based on eligible travel bookings.

In this role you will assist clients with researching planning and coordinating travel while providing exceptional customer service throughout every stage of their vacation. Youll work closely with clients to understand their needs coordinate reservations and ensure every detail is handled professionally.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others is highly organized and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences budgets and vacation goals
• Research destinations accommodations transportation cruises tours and activities
• Coordinate reservations and travel itineraries
• Maintain accurate client information using company systems
• Communicate professionally with clients and travel suppliers via phone email and online platforms
• Monitor reservations and assist with travel updates when needed
• Provide exceptional customer service before during and after travel
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
• Follow company policies and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Access to a computer suitable for remote work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in customer service hospitality tourism administrative support retail or event coordination
• Previous remote work experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional guest experiences
