Guest Assistant

 Winvian Farm is a luxury resort experience unlike any other. As a Relais & Châteaux property nestled in the scenic Litchfield Hills we are dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized service to every guest.

We are seeking a friendly professional and service-oriented Guest Assistant to join our this role you will help create memorable guest experiences by assisting with reservations guest check-ins and check-outs and coordinating on-site and off-site activities and excursions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a courteous warm and professional manner 
• Manage hotel reservations and guest inquiries 
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately 
• Assist guests with arranging activities dining reservations transportation and local excursions 
• Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service throughout each guests stay 
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless guest experiences 

 Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $18/hour

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21years old with a valid drivers license 
• Flexible schedule required including weekends holidays and occasional overnight shifts 
• Strong communication and customer service skills 
• Professional appearance and demeanor 
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
