Guard Part Time (16 hoursweek)

This is a PART-TIME position with the following hours:

• Two shifts per week and every other weekend. The hours are 12pm - 8pm on the weekends. Hours are subject to change

Pay is $17.17/hour.

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Guard to join our security team in Red Wing MN. As a 
Guard you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises personnel 
and assets.  

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure 
• security of doors windows and gates 
• Respond promptly to security incidents emergencies or hazardous situations 
• Prepare and maintain security logs reports and records of daily activities and incidents 
• Conduct regular inspections of security devices and equipment to ensure proper 
• functioning (Boiler Fire Safety System) 
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary 
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment 
   

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs in multi-story buildings
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring security systems
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols preferred
• Ability to work in Red Wing United States; familiarity with the local area is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
