Guaranteed Substitute Teacher

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree required/minimum of 60 credit hours. Valid Michigan teaching certificate preferred or Full-Year basic substitute teacher permit required or the ability to obtain one.
• Effective communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Dependable punctual with a positive work history

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Guaranteed Subs will report to their assigned building each morning. Work as a teacher sub is 1st priority.
• Establish a positive learning environment with highly effective instruction
• Utilize technology to enhance instruction.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by administrator

Terms of Employment: This is a guaranteed sub position that is guaranteed work for 143 days during the school year starting September 2026. Position will be employed through EduStaff and is subject to passing post offer background checks
