Their small highly technical team operates with high ownership rapid iteration cycles and a strong focus on shipping systems that directly impact customer acquisition and revenue generation.
What You Will Do
Build and scale outbound automation systems including cold email infrastructure prospecting pipelines and lead enrichment workflows
Design and integrate GTM APIs and tooling across CRM outreach analytics and advertising platforms
Develop experimentation and A/B testing infrastructure to optimize conversion rates outreach performance and pipeline generation
Build internal tools that support scalable customer acquisition and operational workflows
Own SEO infrastructure and referral platform engineering end-to-end
Implement analytics instrumentation and monitoring systems to measure business impact and optimize growth systems
Collaborate closely with engineering and go-to-market teams to rapidly prototype and deploy new growth initiatives
Operate with significant ownership over systems that directly influence company revenue and customer growth
Ideal Background
15 years of experience in software engineering growth engineering or GTM engineering roles
Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript with the ability to build production-grade systems and automation tooling
Experience building custom GTM automation systems outbound infrastructure CRM integrations or lead acquisition pipelines from scratch
Track record of operating in high-growth startup environments with strong engineering culture
Strong product intuition with a bias toward rapid experimentation and prototyping
Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems ship solutions quickly and drive measurable business outcomes
Strong systems thinking and ability to reason about APIs rate limits workflows analytics and operational scalability
Comfortable working in a highly intense fast-moving startup environment with significant ownership and autonomy
Preferred
Experience with GTM and sales tooling ecosystems such as Clay HubSpot Apollo Amplemarket or similar platforms
Experience building experimentation frameworks or analytics tooling using platforms like PostHog or Statsig
Exposure to SEO tooling outbound infrastructure or growth-focused engineering systems
Background at reputable high-growth startups or engineering-focused technology companies
Strong academic background in Computer Science or related technical fields
Experience working closely with product growth or business operations teams
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary: $150K$250K
