What You Will Do

• Develop and implement growth marketing strategies using HubSpot to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
• Automate workflows and integrate systems using Zapier to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Utilize Python for data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making in marketing strategies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2-6 years of experience in a marketing or growth-focused role preferably within a startup environment.
• Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing automation and CRM management.
• Experience with Zapier for workflow automation and process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights using Python.

Compensation and Benefits
