Job Description:
As a Senior Cloud AI Architect you will lead the design and implementation of secure scalable and ethical AI-driven solutions across enterprise environments. You will combine deep expertise in cloud architecture and artificial intelligence to drive modernization initiatives enhance decision-making and enable advanced analytics capabilities. This role requires strategic leadership hands-on technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels while ensuring compliance transparency and performance across cloud and AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS and hybrid cloud environments
• Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions including machine learning deep learning and NLP applications
• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms tools and frameworks such as AWS SageMaker Azure ML or similar
• Architect secure scalable and compliant AI and data-driven solutions
• Lead enterprise architecture efforts across multiple projects and teams
• Define and enforce architecture standards best practices and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Support application modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering and architecture teams
• Ensure compliance with security standards regulatory requirements and ethical AI practices
• Drive innovation in AI technologies including generative AI and advanced analytics
• Develop architectural documentation frameworks and strategic roadmaps

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10 years of overall experience in IT and software development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native solutions
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of machine learning deep learning and natural language processing
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms such as AWS SageMaker PyTorch or similar
• Experience working with private public and hybrid cloud models (IaaS PaaS)
• Strong understanding of application architecture modernization and integration patterns
• Knowledge of security compliance and governance standards for cloud and AI systems
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full software development lifecycle
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to guide teams drive innovation and make strategic architectural decisions
• AWS certification or equivalent cloud certification (preferred)
• Experience with generative AI LLMs and chatbot solutions (preferred)
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FedRAMP NIST or similar (preferred)

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $85.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
