The Role
Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager whos part strategist part experimenter part builder. Youll own the full funnel that turns district and school leaders into Fullmind partners testing and optimizing the website that makes the first impression running the HubSpot workflows that nurture a lead and reporting the KPIs that tell the CAO whats working and what to try next. This is a high-ownership individual-contributor role for a self-starter who can independently run growth campaigns own our website and manage marketing operations end-to-end with full accountability for the results.
