Growth Engineer

Role

Were looking to bring on our first growth engineer. In this role youll design and ship experiments to drive user acquisition activation and retention working closely with product & design to build data-informed features that move our key metrics while working with our visual language and brand identity.

Requirements

• Obsessed with creative tools - is proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before

• Extensive experience in quick iteration and A/B testing of growth strategies and features.

• Familiar with Posthog or similar quantitative user tracking tools.

• Comfortable with all parts of the stack you have no trouble context-switching from editing CSS to tuning database queries.

• Solid experience with React JavaScript/Typescript HTML CSS and modern front-end build systems (Webpack ES6 etc).

• Ideally familiar with production JavaScript / Node backends.

• 5 years experience

Were a React Next JS Typescript app using a combination of APIs and Modal for our backend.
